Terms of Service

The service

Superposition Jobs lets you browse job and company listings in quantum computing, and optionally create a candidate account to build a profile, upload a resume, and express interest in companies or roles. We don't employ anyone posted on the site and aren't a party to any employment relationship that results from using it.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 to create an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure — let us know at contact@superpositionjobs.com if you suspect unauthorized access. One account per person; don't create an account on someone else's behalf or impersonate another person or company. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you add to your profile — education, certifications, resume, and any other information. By submitting it, you give us a license to store it and, for anything you mark visible on a public profile, to display it at your public URL. You're responsible for making sure what you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it (for example, the content of an uploaded resume). See our Privacy Policy for how we handle this data, including your options to edit or delete it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-collect, or systematically extract job, company, or candidate data from the site outside of normal browsing;
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information in a profile, resume, or any communication through the site;
• Use another candidate's information, the candidate directory, or aggregate interest signal we share with employers, for any purpose other than the platform's intended use — including solicitation, recruiting spam, or contacting candidates outside the site without consent;
• Upload malicious files, or attempt to interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems; or
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Job and company listings

Job and company listings are sourced from employers' own public career pages and applicant tracking systems, refreshed on a recurring schedule. We do our best to keep them accurate and current, but we don't control that underlying data and can't guarantee a listing is complete, still open, or correctly categorized. Applying to a role happens on the employer's own site or ATS, not ours — we don't guarantee that any application will be reviewed, that you'll be contacted, or that a listed role will result in an interview or offer. If you spot something wrong, please use our corrections page.

Employer postings

We don't currently have a self-serve posting flow. Employers reach out through our employer page and we arrange each posting directly — pricing, duration, and any refund terms for that posting are whatever we agree to at the time, by email or otherwise. Everything else about using the site, including this section, still applies to employers.

Intellectual property

The Superposition Jobs name, logo, and site design are ours. Aside from the listing data described above, which belongs to the employers it describes, don't copy, scrape, or reproduce the site or its content for another product or service without our permission.

Third-party links

The site links out to employer career pages, applicant tracking systems, and other third-party sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, availability, or practices — check their own terms and privacy policies before using them.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing data is accurate or current. To the extent permitted by law, Superposition Jobs isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including decisions made based on listing data or outcomes of any job application or hiring process.

Termination

You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the site, including an account, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
