The Purdue Quantum Science and Engineering Institute (PQSEI) coordinates 65+ faculty across physics, electrical/computer engineering, computer science, and materials engineering. Purdue also hosts Microsoft Quantum, West Lafayette on campus, where Microsoft engineers work directly with Purdue faculty and facilities on next-generation quantum computing hardware, and leads the NSF-backed Center for Quantum Technologies alongside Indiana University and Notre Dame. Purdue's quantum credentials span an undergraduate certificate, minor, and ECE concentration; a professional/online Master's in Quantum (submitted for accreditation, pending Higher Learning Commission review); PhD concentrations in both the College of Science and ECE; and the MicroMasters in Quantum Technology: Computing and Sensing, alongside quantumHUB, Purdue's free public quantum-education materials.
